Death anniversary of Imam Khomeini(RA)

Imam KhomeiniWe would like to send our condolences on the death anniversary of Imam Khomeini(RA), the father of the spiritual revolution and the reviver of the True Islam of Muhammad(S). Imam Khomeini(RA) was an unique and magnanimous man who with his will and strength of hearth reformed an entire world and we can't but encourage our dear readers to read a bit more about this peerless person with an open mind and a curious soul.

In the name of God, the Beneficent, the Merciful

A couple of weeks ago we recieved an email from a brother in Iran who is affliated with the organization of the holy shrine of Imam Ridha(A) with a poem, "Helper of the Poor", he had written about Imam Ridha(A), which we decided to publish here on NoorIslam.net. We then just now recived another email from the brother who was very surprised, thrilled and happy that we encouraged his writings and hence wrote us this following piece:

Union of Muslims

N: Now, all Muslims must join the union
O: Our unity is a great opinion
O: O God! Help us to do whatever you wish
R: Religion is a divine duty to accomplish
I:   I know, we can fulfill this divine obligation
S: Shiites and Sunnites are brothers with unique nation
L:  Lord bestowed us the same creation
A: And Islam shines its light on us by God's mercy
M: My beliefs encourage me to continue this tendency

He also promised to continue writing poetry and would send us his next poems once they where done.

It feels good in the heart to having been able to motivate and inspirate another artist and lover of God to keep up his glow hence we decided to share this with you dear readers with the hope that it also will lit a candle in your hearts!
